Helpful and attentive reception staff and clinician explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease

The staff are always very kind, respectful and helpful. The clinic is always spotless. The work on my teeth is top notch.

Every member of staff that I interacted with was warm, welcome and knowledgable. Emily does a fantastic job at putting me at ease (nervous patient) as does the lady who work with her (dark hair and lovely sleeve tattoo- sorry, I didn’t catch her name!). Claire takes the time to explain to me areas I need to focus on and checks on me throughout my appointment to ensure I’m ok. Could not ask for a better dental team

Turned up absolutely petrified never liked the dentist and unfortunately I am paying for it. Lovely staff, not cheap but fairly priced. Returning for alot of work can't wait for the smile!

The cleanliness was much improved. I had reason to complain a few years ago about the cleanliness of the waiting room. So much better.The care of all the staff was wonderful.

The hygienist I saw this time was absolutely spot on, I think she said her name was Sally. She explained everything in full, listened to my needs, was very patient with me and my achy jaw.
