Routine dental health reviews

I don’t like going to the dentists and I was made to feel at ease all through my appointment (very important to me). The lady I saw was really good at explaining things to me, advising me and not rushing me. It was a very good experience for someone like me, making me not dread my next visit.

Always had a phobia of dentists but Harry really makes it easy. He explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable and not in any pain

The hygienist and dentist were empathetic, respectful and informative. They spoke time in a way I would understand - but as an equal. I was not criticised for my dental care - I was supported to make improvements. Their explanations were credible and informed. Their treatment was confident but knew my boundaries of pain/sensitivity and paused without criticism whenever needed. Amazing team.

The dentist was fantastic but no happy with how heavy handed the hygienist was she pressed on my gums very hard making them bleed with a small brush and they are still very sore now won’t be going to this lady again and I will inform the receptionist before my next appointment

The dentist I saw remembered our previous meeting and conversation, and was very thorough in his explanation of his professional opinions regarding my oral and dental health.

Appointments are always on time so no waiting around. All the staff are super friendly and take there time if you are nervous.

The staff took the time to explain everything, and as a person who gets anxious when going to the dentist, everyone is very pleasant, which makes it easier for me to get through the experience!
