Calming influence of all staff as im a nervous patient

Being allocated appropriate time for the hygienist to do her work to the highest standard. Dealing with an educated person that properly explains the procedures and my progress towards healthy teeth and gums.

Reception team are friendly and called the day before to confirm my appointment and discuss treatment options. Claire, who did my appointment, is approachable and explains what my treatment will be. As someone who is a nervous patient, she puts me at ease

My experience was really great as I have a fear of the dentist and have health issues so it’s difficult for me but everyone was great as they helped me be calm and get through the appointment.So overall a great experience!

I had a bad experience at another dental practice so didn’t go to see a hygienist for a couple of years .Jen and Casey were amazing ,they understood and I had a pain free experienc and they took their time with me .I came out feeling a different person .I thank them so much .

Being reassured

I followed my previous dentist with whom I have followed for over 25 years. Having now experienced several dental practices, I feel at the age of 73 I can evaluate a dental practice quickly. I visited the practice before my appointment. I was very impressed with Sophie, the service manager. Her assistants were also so genuinely welcoming. I’ve had two appointments so far and have been delighted with my service. Well done, team.

I get very anxious going to the dentist but I was made to feel at ease and had a great experience. both teams were a credit to the practice.

Yannis took great care in ensuring that everything was just right, and that I was completely satisfied with the fitting of the crown. He explained all the process clearly all the way through, stopped immediately I asked and although appointment ran over time, I did not feel rushed in any way.

The professionalism and care taken by the hygienist was first class as it always is at this dental practice.Explained the whole process especially as today there were changes to the standard process which actually improved the experience. In simple terms the water being used in the cleaning process was warm and not ice cold.

I don’t like going to the dentists and I was made to feel at ease all through my appointment (very important to me). The lady I saw was really good at explaining things to me, advising me and not rushing me. It was a very good experience for someone like me, making me not dread my next visit.

Always had a phobia of dentists but Harry really makes it easy. He explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable and not in any pain
